Refund policy

At Club Priyansh, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged or defective
The wrong product was delivered
The item is missing from the order

To be eligible for a return, customers must contact us within 7 Days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Change of mind
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen differences
Used or damaged products after delivery

3. Refund Process

Once the return request is approved:

The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order might already be processed for shipping.
